- 1 pitted fresh cherry
- 30 ml Amaro Montenegro
- 30 ml rye whiskey
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- To garnish: fresh or jarred morello cherry
- 1Muddle cherry in a Boston glass or cocktail shaker, then add remaining ingredients except garnish, fill with plenty of ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass, add a cherry and serve.
