- 30 ml gin
- 3 tsp elderflower liqueur
- Splash of bitters
- To top up: tonic
- To serve: thinly sliced Lebanese cucumber and edible flowers, such as borage

- 1Fill a glass with ice, add gin, elderflower and a splash of bitters, then top up with tonic. Garnish with cucumber and edible flowers and serve.
