- ¼ orange
- 45 ml Lagavulin Distillers Edition
- 10 ml Penfolds Grandfather Tawny
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- To fill: ice cubes
- To serve: crushed ice, mint sprig and orange wedge
- 1Muddle orange in a chilled shaker. Add Scotch, Tawny, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Seal shaker, shake hard and fast, taste to check balance, strain into a chilled mug or tumbler over crushed ice, garnish with mint sprig and orange wedge and serve.
