  • 60 ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
  • 15 ml dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

    Fill a chilled mixing glass with ice cubes.

    Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass.

    Stir to chill and dilute (20-30 seconds), then taste to check the dilution before serving.

    Strain into a chilled coupette or Martini glass.

    Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
