- 60 ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
- 15 ml dry vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1Fill a chilled mixing glass with ice cubes.
- 2Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass.
- 3Stir to chill and dilute (20-30 seconds), then taste to check the dilution before serving.
- 4Strain into a chilled coupette or Martini glass.
- 5Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
