- 45 ml dry gin
- 45 ml freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Campari
- To serve: chilled soda water
- To serve: thinly sliced ruby grapefruit
- 1Pour gin into a well-chilled tumbler, then add grapefruit juice and Campari and stir to combine. Add a slice of grapefruit, top with crushed ice and serve.
