- 30 ml Grand Marnier
- 1 Corella pear, cut into eighths
- 4 seedless grapes, quartered
- 120 ml Soave (see note)
- 1Combine Grand Marnier and fruit in a bowl and stand for 20 minutes, then spoon into a wine glass and pour over wine.
Note Soave is a dry white wine from Veneto in north-east Italy.
