- 90 ml dry white wine
- 30 ml Aperol
- 2 green Cerignola olives, a little of the brine reserved
- Thinly peeled rind of 1 orange
- 30 ml soda water, or to taste
- 1Combine wine, Aperol, olives, brine and orange peel in a tumbler filled with ice cubes, top with soda and serve.
