“Sloe gin (pictured right) is the new black. The next iPod. Okay, maybe not, but it’s a fantastic mixer.”

Ingredients

  • 20 ml sloe gin (see note)
  • To taste: Prosecco or Champagne
  • To serve: mint leaves (optional)

    Fill a tumbler with ice, add sloe gin and top with prosecco to taste. Add mint leaves, if using, and serve.

Notes

Sloe gin, made with sloe berries, is available from select liquor shops.
