Oso Goloso

Australian Gourmet Traveller cocktail recipe for Oso Goloso by Cliff Dive, Sydney.

"Greedy Bear" is the nickname of Alen Nikolovski, bartender at The Cliff Dive and Tio's. (He also answers to "King Shaka", though sadly that name is yet to inspire a cocktail.)


  • 50 ml tequila
  • 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml maraschino liqueur
  • 10 ml agave syrup
  • A few drops of bitters
  • To garnish: pineapple leaves and mint sprigs

    Fill a shaker with ice, add tequila, juices, maraschino liqueur and agave syrup, and shake hard and long. Taste for balance and adjust as necessary. Strain into a chilled stemmed glass and add a few drops of bitters. Garnish with pineapple leaves and mint sprigs and serve.
