Bar Rochford's Tom's Breakfast cocktail

One for the gin-lovers out there.

  • 45 ml Poor Toms Gin
  • 15 ml Cocchi Americano
  • Dry Vermouth
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp strawberry jam
  • 2 strawberries

    Measure ingredients (except fresh strawberry) into a cocktail shaker with ice. Slice and muddle 1 strawberry and add to the shaker. Shake hard for at least 8-10 seconds, then strain into a glass without ice. Garnish with remaining strawberry.
