- 80 ml (1/3 cup) gin
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) pink grapefruit liqueur (such as Giffard Pamplemousse Rose)
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) pink grapefruit soda
- Prosecco, to serve
- Blood orange slices, to serve
- 1Three-quarter fill two 250ml glasses with crushed ice. Pour in gin, pink grapefruit liqueur and grapefruit soda; stir gently to combine. Top each glass with prosecco and serve with blood orange slices.
