No matter the season, this fruity take on the classic gin fizz is sure to delight. Delicate in flavour and creamy enough to serve up as dessert.
To make simple syrup, mix equal parts sugar and hot water and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool before using and store in the fridge.

1.Into a shaker add orange marmalade.
2.Add fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and Tanqueray No. TEN, using the spoon to dissolve the marmalade into the mixture.
3.Fill the shaker with as much ice as possible and shake as hard as you can for 5 seconds.
4.Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with a splash of cream soda.
5.Garnish with a slice of orange.
