Fact: any weather is good ice-cream weather. And home-churned ice-cream means easy access to your frozen treat. If you’re so inclined, sandwich it between biscuits and meringues, or drop a scoop on top of some still-warm waffles. Gelato, sorbet and frozen yoghurt slices? We have those too.
