Our most popular recipes of summer

What you clicked – and cooked – this season.

Summer recipes can fall broadly into two camps - barbecued dishes, where one turns up the heat for whole barbecued fish and grilled chicken, charred in all the right places; or salads and other low- and no-cook recipes. Our recipe for spaghetti with "no cook" tomato-chilli sauce, for example, wins points for letting summer tomatoes shine in an easy, breezy pasta dish.
Of course, summer Christmas recipes were in high demand – Eton mess, Lauren Eldridge's profiterole wreath and our frozen bûche de Noël were highly sought after, as was our recipe for a whole glazed ham with roasted figs. And will the allure of baking ever abate? It seems not, especially when sausage rolls are involved.
Quick – while the summer sun's still around, cook up these winning recipes.
