- ¼ orange
- 1 tbsp fresh raspberries, or 10ml raspberry purée
- 50 ml Beefeater gin
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp sugar syrup
- 20 ml Grand Marnier
- To garnish: curl of orange zest
- 1Muddle orange with raspberries in a heavy-based tumbler. Half-fill the glass with crushed ice, then stir in gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup until well-combined. Add Grand Marnier, stir once more, garnish with orange zest and serve.
