Who we saw at the 2020 Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards

From the red carpet arrivals to the final cocktail, see what went down at the Australian hospitality industry's night of nights. (There were hugs. Lots of hugs.)

The hospitality industry’s night of nights, the Gourmet Traveller 2020 Restaurant Awards, was held at Bennelong in Sydney, where the winners of the Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards were revealed.

Sydney harbour provided the ideal backdrop to the annual event, presented in partnership with Vittoria Coffee, ILVE Appliances, Mutti and Waterford Crystal. And there was plenty to toast, from Attica being crowned Restaurant of the Year, Kylie Kwong taking home the Outstanding Contribution to Hospitality award, to Paul Carmichael winning the Chef of the Year award. Here’s the night in pictures.
