- 60 ml The West Winds Sabre gin
- 15 ml yuzu juice
- 15 ml rose syrup
- 4 dashes Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
- 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
- ½ eggwhite
- 1Shake ingredients without ice, then shake well with ice. Strain into a short glass and fill with ice.
