- 1 tsp demerara sugar syrup (see note)
- 30 ml gin
- 30 ml Amontillado Sherry
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1Shake all the ingredients, except the ginger beer, with ice, then strain into a goblet or highball glass. Fill with ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
