Andalusian Buck

Andalusian Buck


  • 1 tsp demerara sugar syrup (see note)
  • 30 ml gin
  • 30 ml Amontillado Sherry
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • To top: ginger beer
  • To garnish: lime wedge

    Shake all the ingredients, except the ginger beer, with ice, then strain into a goblet or highball glass. Fill with ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
