James Hird and Todd Garratt: Sloe Down


You'll need

20 ml sloe gin (see note) To taste: Prosecco or Champagne To serve: mint leaves (optional)

Method

  • 01
  • Fill a tumbler with ice, add sloe gin and top with prosecco to taste. Add mint leaves, if using, and serve.
Note Sloe gin, made with sloe berries, is available from select liquor shops.
