Ingredients

60 gm caster sugar

360 ml peach juice

360 ml soda or lemonade, or to taste

240 ml Bourbon

60 ml lime juice (about 1½ limes) (¼ cup)

To serve: 4 peaches or nectarines, sliced into thin wedges

To serve: mint leaves

Method

Main

1.Combine caster sugar with 60ml boiling water in a bowl, stir to dissolve sugar, then pour into a punch bowl. Add all ingredients, fill with ice, top with mint and serve.
