From Wednesday 3 August to Sunday 7 August, the south end of the first floor of Sydney’s QVB will become a market of take-home essentials and lunch break snacks.
Among the stalls will be cultured butter purveyors Pepe Saya and Salts Meats Cheese, which specialises in Italian truffle cheeses and antipasto plates. Vanto will be continuing the Italian trend with Naples-style wood-fired pizze.
To celebrate, QVB resident The Tea Room will recraft their menu around the market’s fresh produce, while a Bone & Broth pop-up will serve hearty, nourishing soups. Spoon & Fork will also bake custom cookies exclusive for the QVB markets.
