Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the Grand Cru village of Verzenay, this vintage is bold yet impeccably balanced. Candied fruit, toasted almond and a savoury umami finish make it an exciting match for refined dishes, as well as a standout sip on its own.
Mumm Millésimé 2016 ($129.99 RRP)
Rounding out the trio is the Millésimé 2016 – a more accessible yet deeply elegant vintage with its own quiet authority.
