Hospitality group Fink is teaming up with BridgeClimb to offer a very Sydney harbourside package: an adventure up (and down) the arches of Sydney Harbour Bridge followed by a meal at Quay or Bennelong.
The BridgeClimb Pinnacle package, which starts at $500 per person, allows guests to bundle two premium Sydney experiences. “Scaling the Sydney Harbour Bridge is a bucket-list experience for so many, as is dining at Quay or Bennelong,” BridgeClimb CEO Chris Zulmwalt said in a statement. “The package is designed to be the perfect interplay of adventure and fine dining.”
It starts with a three-and-a-half-hour climb of the landmark bridge, with VIP check-in, refreshments and a framed photo thrown in. Then there’s the fine-dining part: a three-course experience at Bennelong, located in one of the sails of the Sydney Opera House; or the six or 10-course menu at Quay, currently ranked third on Gourmet Traveller‘s top 50 restaurants in Australia.
The menus at both restaurants, led by executive chef Peter Gilmore, change seasonally. Lunch at Bennelong might open with brown butter playing as a nutty backbeat to lemon emulsion accompanying just-cooked Moreton Bay bug, then follow with pull-apart confit duck leg that reaches a higher note amid a textural harmony of brittle skin, sweet persimmon and pickled black fungus; with the signature pavlova or cherry lamington to finish.

Throw in one of their four drink pairing options, and it’s one of Sydney’s most luxe dining experiences money can buy.
