1.Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until oil starts to shimmer, add snowpeas and ½ tsp sea salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add garlic and stir-fry a further minute, add sugar and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add ½ cup water and simmer for 2 minutes or until snowpeas are tender. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve with rare roast beef fillet immediately.
