Bourbon-Peach Punch

Bourbon-Peach Punch


  • 60 gm caster sugar
  • 360 ml peach juice
  • 360 ml soda or lemonade, or to taste
  • 240 ml Bourbon
  • 60 ml lime juice (about 1½ limes) (¼ cup)
  • To serve: 4 peaches or nectarines, sliced into thin wedges
  • To serve: mint leaves

    Combine caster sugar with 60ml boiling water in a bowl, stir to dissolve sugar, then pour into a punch bowl. Add all ingredients, fill with ice, top with mint and serve.
