- 4 cups (about 1kg) thick natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp dried mint
- To serve: ice cubes
- 1Whisk yoghurt, 750ml chilled water and 1 tsp sea salt in a jug until frothy, then stir in dried mint. Serve over ice.
