Roast potatoes with rosemary and sage
- 1 kg desiree potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thick wedges
- ¼ cup each of (loosely packed) rosemary and sage leaves
- 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
- 1Preheat oven to 200C. Combine all ingredients in a roasting pan, season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roast until golden (30-40 minutes). Serve with <a href="rotolo_di_coniglio.htm">rotolo di coniglio</a>.
