Ingredients: 50 ml Don Fulano; Reposado Tequila; 10 ml Averna Amaro; 10 ml Antica Formula; Sweet Vermouth; 2 dashes Angostora Bitters; 5 ml sugar syrup; 10 coffee beans; Orange twist, to garnish

A pleasantly bitter cocktail that combines tequila, amaro and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

50 ml Don Fulano

Reposado Tequila

10 ml Averna Amaro

10 ml Antica Formula

Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Angostora Bitters

5 ml sugar syrup

10 coffee beans

Orange twist, to garnish

Method

1.Measure ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir for at least 8-10 seconds, then strain into a glass (without ice), taking care to ensure coffee beans do not fall into the glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
