- 45 ml Bacardi rum
- 30 ml lychee purée (see note)
- 30 ml ruby grapefruit juice
- Dash of Campari
- 1Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Half fill with ice, shake vigorously until icy cold (8-10 seconds). Strain into a glass and serve.
Lychee purée is fresh or canned lychees that have been blended and strained.
