Sydney designer Huw Bennett (formerly of Vanishing Elephant) started Worktones in 2015 with the idea of applying his fashion knowledge to the hospitality industry. Sydney’s Reuben Hills, Ruby’s Diner, and Bar Brosé have had bespoke aprons created for them; the aprons are made using indigo-dyed and repurposed canvas, and upcycled cotton and Japanese denim. Market bags and a range of chambray and linen napkins round out the collection.
