“Chiswick is all about the food I’d like to eat on any given night of the week: simple, well cooked and seasonal,” says Matt Moran. “I wanted it to be accessible to everyone”. Moran and his Aria partner Peter Sullivan have taken on the mothballed Pruniers site in leafy Woollahra and set about restoring it to the landmark status it once enjoyed in Sydney hospitality.
