The most typical version of this drink uses a crude, unfinished rum called aguardiente.




1.Muddle lime and lemon grass in a highball glass.
2.Add rum, honey water and crushed ice. Stir, garnish with lemon grass and serve.

Bax uses Havana Club Especial rum. For honey water, dissolve honey in an equal amount of hot water and cool.
