The moment for Piña Coladas has been and gone... or has it? When you need big tropical refreshment, this combination of pineapple, coconut and rum is just the ticket.

Ingredients

  • 90 ml pineapple juice
  • 20 ml macadamia liqueur (Mac by Brookie's liqueur)
  • 20 ml coconut cream
  • 20 ml white rum
  • 15 ml lime juice

Method

    Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve over ice.
