Method
Preheat oven to 200ËšC fan-forced. Place whiting on an oven tray and drizzle with oil, season to taste. Bake until cooked (15-18 minutes).
Meanwhile, for butter sauce, cook butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beginning to foam and brown (3-4 minutes). Add shallots, capers and lemon juice. Season to taste and stir in parsley.
To serve, place whiting on a serving platter, spoon over butter and scatter with micro parsley. Serve with salad on the side.
