Cynar Spritz

Amaro is having a moment. For the novices, we recommend this refreshing spritz cocktail with Cynar, a savoury, bittersweet amaro that’s considered both an aperitivo and digestivo. This recipe comes courtesy of Melbourne’s Capitano.

Method

1.Layer Cynar, prosecco and soda in a wine glass over ice, and stir gently once. Garnish with orange slices, berries and mint.

Cynar, an amaro with earthy notes, is available from select bottle shops.
