Minty breakfast blend


You'll need

½ chopped pineapple 3 chopped Granny Smith apples ½ cup each English spinach and mint ½ cup plain yoghurt Handful ice cubes To taste: honey

Method

  • 01
  • Process pineapple, apples, English spinach and mint, yoghurt and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Add honey to taste if desired and serve in chilled glasses.
