To mark our 50th anniversary, we collaborated with Patrón Tequila and Neil Perry to create a Mexican-themed birthday feast.
Place 40 ml Patrón Silver, 10 ml grapefruit juice, 10 ml lime juice, 15 ml apricot brandy, 5 ml grenadine and a dash of absinthe in a cocktail shaker, shake for 10-15 seconds, then strain using a Hawthorne strainer into a chilled coupette glass.
