- ½ chopped pineapple
- 3 chopped Granny Smith apples
- ½ cup each English spinach and mint
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- Handful ice cubes
- To taste: honey
- 1Process pineapple, apples, English spinach and mint, yoghurt and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Add honey to taste if desired and serve in chilled glasses.
