Dan Hong's crisp eggplant with fish-fragrant sauce

Spring is finally here, and there’s no better way to welcome the blossoming season than with our most popular spring recipes.

Instead of slow-cooked meals, the warmer weather calls for quick, easy spring dinner recipes such as our beef taco rice, Vietnamese rice paper rolls served with fresh herbs, and fresh spring salads using seasonal spring vegetables. Simple side dishes, like Tony Tan’s roti canai and Louis Tikaram’s stir-fried snake beans with pork are also on high rotation during spring.

Many of our spring desserts champion in-season produce, including Flour and Stone’s lemon dream cake or Frida Field’s gluten-free passionfruit and almond cake with honey-roasted pineapple, making them the perfect finale to any spring dinner party.

Here are our most popular spring recipes.
