Tough times call for chicken soups. Your bowl could be singing with Asian flavours, like a creamy tom kha gai (Thai chicken coconut soup), or Burmese-style curry chicken noodle soup, or one that’s fragrant with turmeric, ginger and chilli. Some are more inclined to roll with chicken meatball soups, like our version with orzo and silverbeet. And as far as old-time favourites go, you can’t beat a classic chicken noodle soup.
