1.Heat oil and garlic in a large frying pan over medium heat until garlic is fragrant (1 minute). Add beans and shallot, stir frequently until lightly browned (4-5 minutes). Stir in lemon juice, thyme, chilli and 1½ tsp salt, cook until beans are just tender (3-5 minutes). Stir in rocket until just wilted (1 minute), then serve hot or at room temperature.
